Funding
If you have a good claim, we will find a way to fund it for you - Some options are:
Public funding (Legal Aid)
Legal aid is available for these claims, depending on your financial circumstances and we will let you know if we think an application will be successful. The Legal Services Commission (formerly the Legal Aid Board) recognises that we are specialists in this area and have awarded us a franchise to undertake this work.
No Win No Fee (Conditional Fee) Agreement
If we think you are going to win your case we may agree to carry out all the work without being paid unless and until we recover compensation for you. We were one of the first firms to offer this service.
Legal Expenses Insurance
You may have an insurance policy to pay your legal fees, perhaps with your home insurance or as a benefit of credit card membership. You do not have to accept the law firm recommended by your insurer.
Private paying
For those clients who have no insurance and do not wish to enter into a 'no win no fee' agreement we are always pleased to act on a private paying basis.
Remember: If we win your case, your opponent will pay most of your legal costs.
